Co-founder of MANT Media, Daffny is a specialist in social media, project management, and community building. With international experience and certifications from UC Berkeley and Stanford, she combines creativity, strategy, and a multicultural lens to help purpose-driven brands thrive.
Beyond her work, she’s passionate about literature, psychoanalysis, and the creative power of the human mind. She also supports social and environmental causes aligned with a more conscious and connected future.
Pipistrella Davona, Co-founder
Advertising professional with a background in Graphic Design and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Pipistrella brings years of experience uniting creativity, strategy, and team leadership. At MANT Media, she focuses on branding and social media, co-leading the agency with a vision for meaningful, results-driven communication.
Inspired by nature and the unexpected, she finds creativity off the beaten path — especially while mountain biking through the landscapes she loves most.
Pedro Franco, Commercial Manager
Graduated in International Relations from PUC-SP, Pedro blends strategic thinking with human-centered communication to build strong, lasting partnerships. His experiences in countries like the U.S. and Tanzania — through exchange and volunteer work — enrich his approach with empathy, adaptability, and cultural intelligence.
